The Columbus School District Administration Office is located at 200 West School Street in Columbus, Wisconsin.  The office is in the Columbus Middle School.  Hours are 8:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. on Fridays, except Holidays.  Summer Hours are 7:30 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 A.M. until 2 P.M. on Fridays.

The following personnel work in the Administration Office:

Administration of the Columbus School District, Public Relations, Policies, District Policies & Regulations, Budget, Board Liaison, Facilities, and Personnel.

Assists the Superintendent in the operation of the School District, Human Resources, State Reports, Policies, District Policies & Regulations, Public Relations, Reports, and Board Secretary/Deputy Clerk.

Fiscal Operations/Budget, Designated Environmental Officer and Safety, Transportation, Personnel, Food Service, Trust and Agency (Scholarship) Accounts.

Assists the Business Administrator, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Purchasing.

Curriculum, Staff Development, State Standards and Assessment, Technology Coordination, School Performance Report, Federal Programs.  (Mr. DeGuire can be reached at (920) 623-5954 - Columbus Middle School)

Providing assistance for instruction, technology and business support.  Assists in creating/maintaining curriculum, assessment, technology documents/materials, student data information, State Reporting, and Open Enrollment.

Assists with district technology.

Special Education Services, Guidance, Community Learning Center, At Risk Program, English Language Learners, Talented and Gifted Programs.

Assists the Director of Pupil Services in creating and maintaining special education documents, health records, and materials.
