Substitute Staff Applications 

Interested in becoming a substitute for the Columbus School District?  To serve as a substitute teacher, you must hold a valid Wisconsin Substitute Teacher License issued by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI). This position requires an associate’s degree or higher.

To become an Educational Support Personnel Substitute you will need a Special Education Program Aide License.

Substitute positions for Secretary, Food Service, or Custodian do not require a license.
