Construction at the Elementary, Middle and High Schools is in full swing. Work has really ramped up and is starting to progress quickly from phase to phase.

At the Elementary School:

• There are numerous walls being constructed and concrete being poured.
• In existing areas of the building, new concrete masonry walls are being constructed for the new addition.
• The concrete seating for the outdoor classroom is being built. The first tiers have been poured.
• Concrete sidewalks and curb & gutter at the front of the school are being poured.
• The new elevator shaft is completed.
• Structural steel arrived in July, and erection of steel columns at the new addition has begun.

 At the High School:

Concrete masonry wall construction at the library and collaboration area are 90% complete.
• Metal stud wall framing at the library, collaboration area, and adjacent toilet rooms have begun.

• Openings are being punched in existing walls for new doors and interior windows.
• The mezzanine server room has been framed and drywalled.
• The concrete risers in the band and choir rooms have been removed. 
• The foundation has been poured for the firewall between the existing building and new addition.
