Columbus High School offers a wide variety of co-curricular activities, and all students are encouraged to participate in what may be of interest to them. For specifics about each co-curricular activity, please refer to the Columbus High School Co-Curricular Activities handbook.

Online Registration

In order to participate in any sports at CHS, students and families must complete online registration.  

Families need to create one account, and then they can add each of their students to that account. 

Sports Physical forms can be downloaded here or on the APP.  

Current WIAA Physical form on file (Physicals are required every two years. If your student had a physical after April 1, 2025, they only need to fill out an Alternate (PINK) card to participate in the 2026-2027 school year.  Participation Fee

  There is a $60 fee for every sport that a student participates in.  This fee can be paid either on the Infinite Campus Portal or via check made out to "Columbus High School Athletics".

There is a yearly $300 family max for families that have more than one student participating or a student who participates in many sports.  

Other Student Participants:

For resident district students that do not attend our public school and would like to participate in our athletic program(s), please complete the following demographic form: New Cardinal Form 4K-12

**You do not need to upload your student's birth certificate. This information is used only to create accounts for students and parent/guardians.

You will not be required to complete the registration application. 

Athletic Passes:

Athletic Passes will be purchased online via the Bound App.  Cost will be $36 per person.

Regular Season Admission:

  • $6 adults
  • $4 students
  • Senior Citizens Free

Credit card or electronic via Bound

Events that admission is charged for include Varsity Football, Volleyball, Boys and Girls Basketball, Wrestling

 Admission for playoff games are set by the WIAA
